Food Trip: Seventea's Cafe

It was a long weekend, Oct 6, 2014 was declared a holiday. So I went to Nueva Ecija to visit my mom and visit my girlfriend at Concepcion Tarlac. Since its a long weekend we planned to go on a road trip. Just to make up for the time we're not together. It was a beautiful sunny Monday morning,

We arrived at the Municipality of Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, the last town going to Tarlac City. We decided to stop by at Seventea's Cafe located at the town proper along the Highway.

Me and Maris

Sorry for the messy hair

Seventea's Cafe is known for its delicious teas and snacks. They offer variety of foods which I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy. When we entered the place, I can say the cafe looks good, with cool posters on the wall good ambiance and and they have wifi connection.

Cool posters on their wall.

Seventea's Cafe Zaragoza is quite small but they do have tables outside which other people can use.

Simple design of their counter.

Now we're hungry! Its time to order some food! Ok so here's the menu.

Sorry I didnt got to take a shot on the other side of the menu.

They offer variety of food from pasta to pizza, soup to snacks and rice toppings. They serve tea and coffee and as well as cakes like the blueberry and strawberry cheesecake. Here's what we ordered for Maris (my girlfriend), she ordered Sizzling Sisig, Chocolate Tea and Crab Claws. For me I ordered Beef Pares, Korean Beef noodles and my favorite wintermelon. And for our dessert blueberry cheese cake.

The food was great, Thumbs up for the taste and double thumbs up for the price. For as low as Php 50.00 up to Php500.00 you and your buddies can enjoy their food.

Sizzling Sisig and the Beef Pares

Korean Beef Noodles and Crab Claw

Our all-time favorite Blueberry Cheesecake. Which I accidentally ate both slices. Its so good!

Now for the verdict. I didnt expect to see rice dishes and some pinoy foods in this kind of cafe which is really known for its milk tea's so we're surprised and happy because there weren't fast food chains in the area. So good job guys!

But when they served the Sizzling Sisig it wasnt making the sizzling sound because it wasnt that hot but presentation is fine.

For the price I must say they're so affordable again from as low as Php 50.00 to Php500.00 you can enjoy eating at Seventea's Cafe.

For the Service, It was hot outside and when we entered the cafe the air-condition was not yet turned-on, so when they saw us coming in they immediately opened it and also provided a fan to cool the place faster. The waiter was very kind in answering our questions pertaining to the menu. Thumb's down on the time they served the food, when we ordered it was already past 12nn and waiter told us if its ok to wait because they have to send someone to the market to buy some supplies.

They do have parking spaces for customers and they are open up until 10:00pm.

For the wifi connection thumbs down. We got disconnected a lot of times but its OK, We hope they can fix that.

So to rate them I can say faily a 8 out of 10. I would really love to comeback and try other items on their menu. Really liked those blueberry cheesecakes!

Trip to Tagaytay

Last Dec 04, 2011. Friends from a Photographer group at FB decided to hold a photoshoot at Tagaytay. For me it will be a 5 hour travel from Cabanatuan City to Tagaytay. Well I didn't thought of the hustle of getting there but the passion for photography. So I decided to come. Weeks before the shoot I told my girlfrien Mariz to come with me and be my model.

Dec 03, 2011 around 7pm, I decided to travel to Manila to avoid getting to the meeting place late, I stayed at my Mariz' house. So there I arrived 10 pm and decided to sleep immediately knowing tomorrow will be so fun and exciting for all of us.

We woke up 3am and got out of the house 4am and met up with Kenneth Dale one of the photographers going to Tagaytay at 7-Eleven and took a taxi ride going to Pasay. When we arrived at the meeting place it was just us that are there, I said "Kala ko ba nandito na sila eh bakit wala pa. nagmadali pa naman ako.". I was really excited to go and meet other photographers of the group jayjay, scythe, ria, ysai, viel and others. So we waited until around 6am that the they arrived with our models Venus , Jhov and Jayson, which were really pretty and good looking.

When we got to Tagaytay the weather isn't really that good to us, plus my flu got worst, it was raining and the fog is building up around the place resulting to dull colors but good thing i brought my reflectors with me and helped us alot.
The shoot was host by Ysai Perea one of the members of the group, there was prizes for the best shots during the event.

We even visited a OPEN House event of Monte Luce and ate there hehehe. So if you have lots of visitors with you take them in a open house theres lots of food there! LOL!

It was a fun day for us even though the weather is not that good but still we enjoyed the company of each other. The time going there is worth it plus new acquaintances is what i got, thank you for letting me come guys! See you next time! TARA dito sa NORTH!

Few photos from the shoot. I'll upload the rest after finishing the final touches.
